The ideal candidate will be a Team Lead to manage and guide an IT operations or technical team supporting Federal Government programs. A strong candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in IT operations, system reliability, and team management.\nAs a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers.\nWork Environment: On-site\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage an IT operations or technical team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.\nEnsure team delivery of high-quality IT services aligned with program SLAs and government requirements.\nProvide highly technical guidance to our delivery team in the execution of large-scale enterprise projects.\nCoordinate team activities, including task assignment, workload management, and schedule adherence.\nIdentify and resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems as appropriate.\nDevelop and maintain team documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and operational guides.\nConduct team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development activities.\nProvide hands-on guidance and a “roll-up the sleeves” approach when needed.\nReport on team performance metrics and operational status to program leadership.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n8 years of system IT ops or similar experience,\n3 years of team leadership.\nDemonstrated expertise in: IT support operations, modernization, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficient service delivery while leading and guiding the IT team.\nDemonstrated experience in Agile (preferred Scaled Agile)\nDemonstrated ability to translate business needs into tangible technical plans, roadmaps, and actions to orchestrate the delivery across large projects\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nMust possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.\nDesired Skills:\nITIL Foundation, PMP, or equivalent leadership/operations certification.\nExperience with the Oracle tech stack and PeopleSoft HCM is a plus\nExperience leading IT operations teams within DoD or federal agency programs.\nExperience with agile team management and DevOps practices.\nAdditional Information:\nClearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.\n Work Environment: On-site as required by the contract.\nThis is a full-time, W2 position.\nNo agencies, third parties, or Corp-to-Corp submissions.\nSpatial Front Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer -
