You’ll work with some of the worlds most coveted companies, including Fortune 1000 along with disruptive technology hyper-growth companies.\nA typical day could include:\nTechnical training on one or more of our partner technology platforms (OneStream, Docusign/CLM, Data)\nAttend daily client meetings\nProfessional training and development on project/engagement delivery, client communication, and project collaboration\nAn opportunity to network with Spaulding Ridge leadership\nExecution of core consulting skills\nUpon completion of your internship, you should expect to demonstrate:\nClear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives.\nAbility to build mock Proof of Concepts within our cloud-based technology solutions for potential clients\nAbility to identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies\nIdeal candidates should demonstrate the following:\nAbility to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines.\nStrong data management and presentation skills\nStrong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining good relationship both internally and externally\nIntellectual curiosity\nExcellent verbal/writing skills for complex communications with clients and teammates\nProven leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community\nQualifications:\nCurrent Junior graduating with a bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech), MCA with an expected graduation date of May/June 2027.\nMinimum 70% in Class X and XII, with a CGPA of 7.5 or above and no active backlogs.\nExposure to one or more technologies such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java, C++, HTML/CSS, .NET Development (VB.NET or C#), or related technologies.\nGood knowledge of SQL, including queries, joins, functions, and stored procedures.\nSolid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts including inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction.\nStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management concepts.\nProven initiative through academic projects, internships, hackathons, leadership roles, research work, or extracurricular activities. \nSpaulding Ridge’s Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace \nWhen we engage the expertise, insights, and creativity of people from all walks of life, we become a better organization, we deliver superior services to clients, and we transform our communities and world for the better.\nAt Spaulding Ridge, we believe our team should reflect the rich diversity of society and we take seriously the responsibility to cultivate a workplace where every bandmate feels accepted, respected, and valued for who they are.
