You'll act as a hands-on architect and delivery lead on your own projects, while also providing technical guidance and people leadership to team members deployed across multiple client engagements. \nArchitecture & Delivery \nOwn end-to-end Snowflake solution architecture: data modelling, warehouse sizing and cost optimization, RBAC/security design, data sharing, and performance tuning \nLead the data engineering lifecycle - research, POCs, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance \nDesign and build POCs for modern analytics stacks across cloud-based business systems for prospective clients \nTranslate client business needs into technical solution designs and actionable recommendations for platform, structural, or logic issues \nManage day-to-day technical relationship with client stakeholders on active engagements \nPre-Sales \nLead technical workstreams in pre-sales: estimation, scoping, solution proposals, and orals/proposal defense sessions \nPartner with other practices on cross-functional solution plays and pre-sales activity \nSupport sales cycles by leading solution presentations and building POCs for prospective clients \nPeople & Team Leadership \nManage, mentor, and develop junior technical resources assigned to your projects \nProvide technical oversight and support to team members working across multiple concurrent engagements, beyond your own direct project assignments \nReview deliverables and unblock technical issues for junior staff on other projects as needed \nManage projects and teams against planned scope, timeline, and delivery milestones \nQualifications: \n8+ years in business intelligence/analytics solution delivery, including 4+ years hands-on Snowflake development and architecture \nSnowPro Core certified; SnowPro Advanced: Architect preferred \nStrong SQL development skills, including advanced analytic functions and query performance tuning \nKnowledge of BI and analytics tools such as Sigma, Looker, Omni, Power BI, or similar platforms.\n3+ years of consulting/project-based delivery experience (SDLC, Agile/Kanban/DevOps) \nDemonstrated experience writing business requirements, use cases/user stories, and functional test cases for data warehouse/data mart initiatives \nPrior experience managing or mentoring a technical team, including performance guidance for junior resources \nProven ability to lead client conversations, present architecture decisions to technical and business stakeholders, and support sales cycles \nStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills \nWhat else to expect\nAs a Spaulding Ridge employee, the right candidate will also gain exposure to an early stage growth company providing innovative opportunities to impact our clients in a meaningful way.
