This role is ideal for a hands-on integration consultant who is passionate about designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions centered around OneStream and its integration with ERP, EPM, CRM, HR, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in enterprise integration architecture, financial systems, and data movement methodologies. Experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion is highly valued, while experience with modern integration platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.\nEnterprise Integration Architecture\nLead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions centered around OneStream.\nArchitect scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations between OneStream and enterprise applications including Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite, data warehouses, and custom applications.\nDefine enterprise integration strategies that align with business and financial transformation initiatives.\nOneStream Integration Design\nDesign and implement integrations supporting Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting.\nDevelop integration solutions using OneStream integration capabilities including Data Management, Business Rules, Extenders, APIs, and file/database-based integrations.\nDesign reusable integration frameworks that improve scalability and maintainability.\nEnterprise Integration Methodology\nApply industry best practices for enterprise integration including:Real-time, batch, and event-driven integration patterns\nAPI-based integrations\nData synchronization and orchestration\nError handling and reconciliation\nMonitoring and operational support\n\nRecommend the most appropriate integration approach based on business and technical requirements.\nFinancial Systems Integration\nDesign integrations between OneStream and:\nOracle ERP (Cloud/EBS)\nOracle EPM / Hyperion (preferred)\nSAP\nNetSuite\nWorkday\nSalesforce\nSQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, and other data platforms\nBanking, payroll, and operational systems\nData Architecture & Governance\nDesign data mapping and transformation strategies.\nSupport master data integration across enterprise platforms.\nEnsure data quality, governance, auditability, and compliance with financial controls.\nEstablish monitoring, logging, and reconciliation processes.\nSolution Design & Technical Leadership\nLead integration solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.\nProvide technical leadership throughout project delivery.\nMentor consultants and developers on integration design patterns and OneStream best practices.\nReview solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.\nPre-Sales & Solutioning\nParticipate in client discovery sessions.\nDefine integration strategies and implementation roadmaps.\nSupport effort estimation, solution architecture, and proposal development.\nPresent technical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.\nProblem Solving\nAnalyze complex integration challenges across financial and operational systems.\nRecommend scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned integration solutions.\nDrive continuous improvement of enterprise integration practices. \nYou Have\n7+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering enterprise integration solutions. \n 1+ years of experience designing and implementing integrations involving OneStream. \nStrong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and integration methodologies.\nExperience integrating OneStream with ERP, EPM, CRM, HR, and data warehouse platforms.\nExperience working with Oracle ERP, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications.\nStrong understanding of financial processes including Record-to-Report, Planning, Budgeting, Consolidation, and Forecasting.\nExperience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), databases, file-based integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.\nStrong understanding of data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and governance.\nAbility to lead technical design sessions and mentor implementation teams.\nExcellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion implementations or integrations.\nExperience integrating Oracle EPM and OneStream during finance transformation initiatives.\nExperience with OneStream APIs, Data Management, Business Rules, Extenders, and Integration Services.\nExperience with Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or other enterprise ERP platforms.\nFamiliarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Services, or Oracle Integration Cloud.\nExposure to cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.\nUnderstanding of enterprise integration architecture, API management, and modern integration best practices.\nOneStream implementation or platform certifications are a plus.\nWhat else to expect \nEmployees will also gain exposure to an early-stage growth company providing innovative opportunities to impact our clients in a meaningful way.
