You will work closely with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to validate system functionality, identify defects, and support successful project implementations. \nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem solving, and is interested in building expertise in cloud technologies and business process optimization. \nThe Role \nPartner with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and expected system behavior. \nDesign, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios for Salesforce and related business applications. \nPerform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality. \nIdentify, document, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with project teams to troubleshoot issues. \nValidate business processes and system configurations against client requirements. \nSupport release readiness activities and help ensure successful deployment of new functionality. \nReview system changes and enhancements to evaluate potential impacts on downstream processes. \nCreate clear documentation of testing results, quality findings, and recommendations. \nAssist with building proof-of-concepts and validating solution designs prior to deployment. \nContribute to continuous improvement efforts related to testing standards, QA processes, and delivery methodologies. \nYou Have \nDegree in Computer Sciences/Management Information Systems, Business, or similar is strongly preferred \nStrong attention to detail and a passion for improving quality and user experience. \nExperience with software testing, quality assurance, business analysis, or process validation is preferred. \nFamiliarity with creating test cases, executing test plans, and documenting defects. \nUnderstanding of CRM systems, Salesforce, or other cloud-based business applications is a plus. \nExperience with defect tracking or project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is a plus. \nBasic understanding of data validation, workflows, and business processes. \nKnowledge of Salesforce, Apex, DocuSign, or other enterprise technologies is advantageous but not required. \nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. \nFluency in English is a must, any other spoken language is a plus \nSpaulding Ridge’s Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace \nWhen we engage the expertise, insights, and creativity of people from all walks of life, we become a better organization, we deliver superior services to clients, and we transform our communities and world for the better.\nAt Spaulding Ridge, we believe our team should reflect the rich diversity of society and we take seriously the responsibility to cultivate a workplace where every bandmate feels accepted, respected, and valued for who they are.
