Your Background
Currently enrolled in a construction management, civil engineering, or related program preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, drawings, and terminology.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with field and office teams.
Strong organizational skills with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction setting.
Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and safety-minded with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to construction software is a plus.
Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
