placement\nCoordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates\nProviding timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process\nWorking closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives\nAttending the company's ongoing training to ensure top performance\nCollaborating with your Recruitment Supervisor and team to achieve common goals while contributing to SpeakIt's positive culture\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)\n1-2 -years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Sourcing\nKnowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices\nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms\nStrong sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment platforms\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProficient level of English\nKnowledge of Dutch or Italian is a plus\nAbility to prioritize multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.\nDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational
