to:\nInteract with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, and Github)\nIdentify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)\nConduct the initial screening of each candidate, to make sure they match the basic requirements\nDevelop talent pipelines for future hiring needs\nPromote our employer brand online and offline\nMaintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)\nRequirements\nIn order to become the talent sourcer we are looking for you should have:\nBachelor in Business, HR, or any other related field\nSelf-motivation and goal-oriented mentality\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\nExcellent English skills, both written and spoken\nScandinavian speaking skills, will be considered a very strong asset\nHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings),
