Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop AI/ML models for IC-specific use cases\nCollaborate with mission partners to understand operational requirements\nImplement model training, validation, and deployment pipelines\nConduct performance analysis and optimization of AI systems\nSupport integration of AI capabilities into existing IC workflows\nParticipate in technical reviews and capability demonstrations\nMaintain awareness of emerging AI technologies and their mission applications\nEnsure AI solutions meet security and compliance requirements\nQualifications:\n5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience\nActive TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph required\nStrong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling\nExperience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)\nUnderstanding of IC mission domains and operational environments\nProficiency in Python, R, or similar data science languages\nKnowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques\nAWS experience highly preferred but not required\nMilitary experience strongly preferred\nWhat We Offer:\nUnlimited PTO -
