Help write the policy that will influence how the department tests and evaluates AI across the joint force.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement RAI frameworks for bias detection, fairness, and explainability\nDevelop automated testing pipelines for AI model validation and monitoring\nCreate governance processes for AI model lifecycle management\nImplement model interpretability and explainability solutions\nEstablish metrics and monitoring systems for RAI compliance\nLead cross-functional teams in RAI best practices adoption\nDevelop training materials and documentation for RAI implementation\nCollaborate with legal and compliance teams on AI regulatory requirements\nQualifications\n10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on responsible AI practices\nActive TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred\nExpertise in fairness metrics, bias detection, and model interpretability techniques\nExperience with RAI frameworks (Fairlearn, AI Fairness 360, What-If Tool, etc.)\nStrong understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory landscape\nProven track record of leading technical implementations and cross-functional initiatives\nAWS experience highly preferred but not required\nMilitary experience strongly preferred\nWhat We Offer:\nUnlimited PTO -
