You'll help bring ideas to life across campaigns, presentations, social content, and everything in between.\n\nWe're a small, collaborative team, so you'll get to work on a wide range of projects, from exploring new visual directions to crafting the final details.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nHelp develop visual directions, moodboards, and design explorations for new projects.\n\nDesign and execute creative assets across client campaigns, brand identities, and digital platforms.\n\nDesign clear, visually compelling presentations, with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.\n\nWork closely with art directors and the creative team to bring ideas from concept to execution, ensuring a high level of craft and consistency across deliverables.\n\nCollaborate on creating engaging content for SpecialGuest's Instagram and LinkedIn, helping maintain and grow the agency's social presence.\n\nSupport agency creative projects, including award submissions, PR materials, and internal initiatives.\n\nExplore new design tools, techniques, and creative approaches.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n0–3 years of design experience, or a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills.\n\nA solid foundation in graphic design, especially typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.\n\nSomeone who enjoys exploring new ideas, solving creative problems, and refining the details.\n\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides.\n\nAn interest in social media platforms, content creation, and internet culture.\n\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects.\n\nCurious, proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience or interest in motion design, video editing, or illustration.\n\nAn interest in experimenting with AI tools, vibe coding, and emerging creative technologies.\n\nA Little Extra\nWe're especially interested in people who make things just because they love making things.
