systems, PCB design, firmware, or HMI-related components who wants to work closely with suppliers and the HMI Team.\nRole Overview\nIn this role, you will act as a key technical interface between our global HMI Engineering team and our HMI suppliers in China.\nYou will support HMI development, validation, issue resolution, certifications, and supplier execution while ensuring alignment with our technical requirements and timelines.\nYou will work closely with the Swiss R&D team on analysis, documentation, testing feedback, and technology evaluation, contributing directly to the quality and performance of our HMI systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nOn-Site at HMI Suppliers\nSupport development of HMI components (displays, remotes, connectivity/control units)\nFollow up on technical issues, deviations, and corrective actions\nSupport debugging and root cause analysis directly at supplier site when needed\nIdentify and report improvement opportunities in supplier design, implementation and production, such as:Stability and robustness issues\nIntegration inconsistencies\nProduction or quality weaknesses\n\nVerify compliance with technical specifications, interface definitions, and performance targets\nHMI Development & System Integration Support\nSupport HMI system integration into full e-Bike platforms\nContribute to testing and validation (functional, usability, robustness)\nSupport analysis of test results and feedback into improvements\nCollaborate closely with Swiss R&D team to:Provide insights from supplier activities and testing\nSupport issue investigation and resolution\nAssist in improving requirements and documentation\n\nSupport field issue analysis and feedback loops to development and suppliers\nContribute to evaluation of new HMI technologies and suppliers in ChinaHMI components and architectures\nConnectivity and interaction technologies\n\nProvide market and supplier insights to support future development decisions\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field\nSeveral years of experience in:Embedded systems, firmware, or HMI-related development\nConsumer electronics, automotive, or similar industries\n\nSolid understanding of:Embedded systems and firmware behavior\nCommunication protocols (e.g., CAN, BLE)\nHardware-software interaction\n\nExperience working with suppliers or in industrialized product environments\nStrong English communication skills\nInternational work experience is a
