JOB SUMMARY
The Ecommerce Support Specialistsupportsdigital excellence across platforms that ridersinteract withanduse topurchasefrom our company (Ebay, Shopify,etc). A strong aptitudewithvarious programs and the ability to learn them will be the way to win. This role will reward diligent, detailed, and focusedbike-fanswho share our core belief that bikes change lives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
- Passionfor cycling and in-depth knowledge of bicycles and related products.
- Experience in ecommerce, online retail, orrelatedfield.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for image editing and optimization.
- Proficiencyin using Excel sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with camera operation for product photography and content creation.
- Computer multitasking skills to efficiently manage various tasks concurrently.
- Creative and organized mindset for content creation and marketing initiatives.
- Strong teamplayerwho can collaborate effectively with colleagues and departments.
