The role requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and stakeholders.\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:\nLease Administration & Portfolio Management\nManage the full lease lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, amendments, and critical date tracking\n\nMaintainaccuratelease records, abstracts, and documentation across all markets\n\nOwn LeaseQueryadministration, including data integrity, reporting, and reconciliations\n\nDevelop dashboards, trackers, and calendars to improve portfolio visibility and planning\n\nIdentifyupcoming lease events and support decision-making around timing, cost, and occupancy\n\nLandlord & Lease Communications\nServe as the primary point of contact for landlords and property representatives\n\nManage lease communications, notices, and required reporting\n\nTrack and deliver all lease-related obligations, including sales reports\n\nEscalate issues as needed and partner cross-functionally to resolve\n\nPortfolio Optimization & Compliance\nCoordinate subleasing efforts and manage subtenant relationships\n\nIdentifyopportunities tooptimizeunderutilized space and improve portfolio efficiency\n\nOversee business licenses, COIs, and lease compliance requirements\n\nMaintain audit-ready documentation and monitorfor risks or process gaps\n\nProjects & Cross-Functional Support\nSupport real estate projects including relocations, lease transitions, and portfolio changes\n\nPartner with Workplace Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors\n\nContribute to scalable processes, tools, and templates for global portfolio management\n\nSupport reporting, analysis, and leadership presentations\n\nWHAT YOU NEED TO WIN:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate operations, lease administration, portfolio management, or property management\n\nStrong understanding of commercial leases and lease lifecycle management\n\nExperience with lease management platforms (LeaseQueryor similar)\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across regions and stakeholders\n\nClear, professional communication skills\n\nProficiencyin Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\n\nPreferred\nExperience with multi-region portfolios\n\nFamiliarity with CAFM or workplace systems\n\nExposure to lease accounting or financial reporting support\n\nIndustry certifications (IFMA, CoreNet) a plus\n\nTELL ME MORE\nUS-based, with proximity to a major office hub (California or Utah)\n\nFull Time, Monday-Friday - in office 4 days a week.\n\nIndividual Contributor; reports to Workplace Operations\n\nOccasional Travel\n\nHealth benefits, 401(k), plusadditionalperksincluding a competitive employee discount\n\nNOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job.
