quality engineering activities for assigned NPI projects from concept validation through production release.\nEstablish and maintain quality planning activities including inspection plans, validation requirements, process controls, and production readiness criteria.\nFacilitate quality planning tools including PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, QCPs, PPAP documentation, MSA, and related quality deliverables.\nPartner with Manufacturing Engineering and suppliers to identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks before production launch.\nQuality Assurance & Audits\nConduct process, product, and quality system audits to verify compliance with Specialized quality requirements and industry standards.\nValidate measurement systems, inspection methods, and production controls to ensure reliable product evaluation and process capability.\nSupport implementation and enforcement of effective quality systems, validation processes, and procedural documentation.\nProblem Solving & Corrective Action\nLead investigations of quality issues during NPI builds and production using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, or equivalent approaches.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions related to manufacturing, supplier, and field quality concerns.\nManage supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.\nSupplier Quality & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor supplier quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve capability, quality, and consistency.\nPartner with suppliers to strengthen manufacturing processes and long-term quality performance.\nRecommend and support quality improvement projects based on data analysis and risk assessment.\nCross-functional Support\nSupport engineering change implementation and quality impact assessment for product and process changes.\nCommunicate quality risks, validation results, and readiness status to project teams and leadership.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support timely product launches and production continuity.\nWhat You Need to Win\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in quality engineering, supplier quality, or related functions.\nExperience supporting new product introduction (NPI), industrialization, production launch, or supplier quality activities in a manufacturing environment.\nHands-on experience with quality planning, risk management, and problem-solving methodologies such as PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, or equivalent.\nExperience conducting process and quality system audits, with working knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent standards.\nWorking knowledge of metrology, GD&T, measurement systems, and manufacturing processes related to assembly or component production.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.\nStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with professional proficiency in
