They will demonstrate mastery of AQA best practices while bringing flexibility and judgment to adapt processes as needed. They will not only identify and troubleshoot issues, but also design scalable test solutions, contribute to architectural discussions, and advocate for continuous improvement across the engineering organization.\nHow You’ll Make a Difference\nOwn the design and implementation of comprehensive mobile test strategies, frameworks, and practices.\nLead QA efforts across multiple mobile projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent test coverage.\nReview mobile app requirements, architecture, and design to influence testability and product direction.\nMentor and guide junior and mid-level QA engineers, sharing best practices and fostering skill development.\nDesign, develop, and execute advanced automated and manual test cases for Android and iOS using Katalon and Appium.\nPerform and lead functional, regression, integration, smoke, performance, and stress testing on devices and emulators.\nCollaborate with developers, UX/UI, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate product quality and rider experience.\nProactively identify gaps in test coverage and introduce improvements to QA processes and tooling.\nManage UAT with business users and ensure high-quality feedback cycles.\nProvide clear and actionable reporting of test results, risks, and recommendations to leadership.\nWhat You'll Need to Win\n8+ years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance and testing.\n5+ years’ experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android).\nProven track record of leading automation QA initiatives for large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications.\nHands-on experience with Katalon Studio and Appium for advanced test automation.\nExpertise in mobile QA methodologies, testing tools, and test environment management.\nExperience with Xcode, Android Studio, device/emulator-based testing, and connected hardware (Bluetooth, sensors, OTA updates).\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, React-based mobile applications, and hardware/software integrations.\nExperience setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into release processes (e.g., GitHub Actions).\nExceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience designing and maintaining scalable test frameworks and reusable test assets.\nExcellent communication skills with a track record of influencing product direction and technical decision-making.\nExperience with Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, and agile methodologies.\n Bonus experience:\nLeading mobile performance, scalability, and security testing initiatives.\nHands-on experience with additional mobile automation frameworks (Espresso, XCTest, etc.).\nExperience in IoT or connected hardware product
