Cham, Switzerland innovation center.\nMain Tasks\nQuality and Reliability of New Systems, Features and Tools\nDefine system validation protocols for new systems\nDrive resolution of issues identified during validation and testing\nSupport the definition of new systems requirements based on lessons learned from previous projects\nEnd to end validation\nDefine and execute validation protocols for full customer experience\nIdentify and drive the resolution of complex issues involving system, app and toolchain\nCollaborate with System Engineering, Firmware, Software, and Service teams to develop diagnostic strategies and fault trees\nLifecycle management\nOwn the quality strategy throughout the complete product lifecycle, from concept development through production launch, field operation, and end-of-life\nLead quality assessment and validation activities for new firmware releases on products in the field\nMonitor field quality performance using high level metrics to identify improvement opportunities\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, System Engineering, Validation Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.\nExperience with complex electromechanical systems involving hardware, software, firmware, connectivity, and mobile applications.\nProven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development processes.\nExperience with embedded systems, CAN communication, battery systems, motor controls, connectivity solutions, and mobile applications.\nAbility to analyse software logs, field diagnostics, telemetry data, and test reports\nKnowledge of Jira/Confluence is a plus\nProfound IT user knowledge (MS Office, Outlook)\nGreat social, communication and networking skills\nPassion for cycling and the Specialized
