You don’t need to know everything on day one; if you bring motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we’ll help you grow your expertise.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide friendly, knowledgeable support to riders in store, online, and by phone\nBuild, safety-check, and prepare bikes for display or collection\nDiagnose and repair bikes with care and accuracy\nManage warranty processes, deliveries, and stock transfers\nMaintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety\nSupport stock checks and record-keeping\nContribute to a positive, respectful team environment\nCollaborate with the wider store team as needed\nWhat You’ll Bring\nWe know great talent comes in many forms.
