Seamless Services (SSS) is looking for a Senior Low Current Presales Engineer to join its AV & LC Presales Team and support the development of integrated low-current, ELV, and security system solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify client requirements, scope gaps, and technical clarifications.\n\nDesign integrated solutions for access control, CCTV, physical security, parking management, master clock, and intercom systems.\n\nSelect suitable equipment and verify system compatibility, capacity, coverage, and integration requirements.\n\nPrepare system layouts, single-line diagrams, BOQs, compliance matrices, equipment schedules, and technical proposals.\n\nObtain and evaluate supplier quotations, prepare accurate cost estimates, and recommend value-engineering alternatives.\n\nCoordinate ICT network requirements and interfaces with related systems, including queuing and bollard systems where applicable.\n\nSupport the sales team during client meetings, site surveys, technical presentations, and tender clarification stages.\n\nCoordinate with other engineering disciplines, suppliers, clients, sales, and project delivery teams.\n\nProvide a structured technical handover of awarded projects to the project delivery team.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 7 years of experience in low-current/ELV systems, including substantial experience in presales, design, estimation, and tendering.\n\nProven experience with an ELV systems integrator delivering integrated security and building technology proposals.\n\nStrong knowledge of IP-based access control solutions, including controllers, readers, credentials, door interfaces, capacity planning, and system integration.\n\nStrong knowledge of IP video surveillance solutions, including camera selection, lens and coverage requirements, VMS/NVR architecture, recording storage, bandwidth, and video analytics.\n\nExperience designing and integrating physical security systems, parking management systems, ANPR/LPR, barriers, master clock systems, and IP audio/video intercom solutions.\n\nAbility to prepare accurate BOQs, compliance matrices, technical proposals, equipment schedules, cost estimates, assumptions, and deviations.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel for preparing clear layouts, single-line diagrams, and technical calculations.\n\nAbility to validate product compatibility, system capacity, and integration interfaces, and to coordinate effectively with all
