This individual should be comfortable at both consulting with and negotiating with C level executives, backed by a strong understanding of their business objectives. Key to this role is being able to articulate value, inspire and sell the future of Specright to encourage adoption and expansion. As a trusted advisor and coach, the Senior Customer Success Manager determines how Specright’s product can be effectively applied to support achievement of a company's strategic business goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer's business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their Specright solution to be realized\n\nEstablish and oversee the customer's adoption, training and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment\n\nFacilitate the development of a community of like Specright customers, routinely sharing best practices and leveraging lessons learned\n\nIdentify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and customer retention / renewals\n\nUnderstand and assess customer requirements, level of adoption of the service and corporate structure as it applies to Specright roll out and adoption\n\nDrive ongoing feature enablement\n\nDisseminate application and vertical best practices \n\nPreferred Experience:\n5+ years relevant work experience\n\nExperience in SaaS account management or strategy consulting a plus\n\nAbility to navigate complex customer organizations effectively\n\nExperience delivering highly effective executive-level presentations\n\nProven experience managing large, complex SaaS project implementations\n\nExcellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills\n\nWe are an energetic company with an entrepreneurial, informal, versatile, intelligent, and fast-paced culture.
