In this role you will work closely with other senior engineers to design and develop software systems. You will be assigned the majority of the company's core tech stack and work in limited capacity with the product managers to clear requirements. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Software Engineering.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nCollaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to design and scope out new features for our core platform\nArchitect solutions based on requirements document for larger features\nDesign a data schema that will evolve with the needs of a business\nWork with Salesforce technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem\nQualifications\nMinimum BS in Computer Science or related technical field\n3+ years experience in Software Development\n2+ Experience in Salesforce Development\nExperience building complex software systems and communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy\nUnderstanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations\nExperience with AI tools and familiar with Agentic SDLC\nExperience with agile development methodology\nExperience developing Salesforce managed packages is a plus\nSalesforce development certification is a plus\nWe are an energetic company with an entrepreneurial, informal, versatile, intelligent, and fast-paced culture.
