Then we might have just the job for you at Specsavers.\n\nJoin Specsavers as our new Technology Product Owner in our Audiology Product Team and play a key role in shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of technology products that support our hearing care colleagues, customers, and business across Northern Europe.\n\nYour role\nAs our Technology Product Owner within the Audiology Product Team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and continuously improving products that support our audiology business and create value for colleagues and customers across Northern Europe.\n\nYou will report into the Technology Product Manager and own the roadmap, backlog, and release planning, working closely with agile teams, (business analysts, architects, product specialists, business stakeholders, and external partners). Acting as the voice of the product, you will balance strategic priorities, stakeholder needs, and user insights to drive meaningful product outcomes. You are a strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in complex environments, brings people together around a shared vision, and inspires confidence in your product decisions. \n\nKey responsibilities include:\nOwn the roadmap, backlog, and release planning.\nThe Product Owner is responsible for delivering what brings the most value to the organization from their product.\nCollaborate with agile teams, stakeholders and vendors to deliver valuable and impactful product outcomes.\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment through clear and transparent communication.\nGather feedback, and continuously improve the product based on user and business needs.\nBalance business requirements, user needs, and technical considerations to achieve the best outcomes.\nManage the product throughout its lifecycle, from idea and development to retirement.\n\nYour new team\nYou'll join our newly established Audiology Product Team within the Northern Europe Technology function and work closely with Product Managers, agile development teams, architects, business stakeholders and external vendors.\n\nAs part of a collaborative and international environment, you'll help ensure our products meet customer needs while supporting business goals and strategic priorities. Together, we focus on delivering solutions that create lasting value for our colleagues, customers, and business.\n\nOur Audiology platform supports our instore customer journey and consists of:\nPatient Management system incl. Clinical Journal.\nIntegration services.\nClinical Devices for capture of Hearing test measurements and examinations \n\nWhat are we looking for?\nWe are preferably looking for a candidate with the following competencies:\nExperience owning and developing technology products in complex business environments.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.\nDeep understanding of agile product development and value-driven prioritisation.\nAbility to navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and make sound product decisions.\nStrong business acumen with a focus on delivering customer and business value.\n\nIt would be an advantage if you have:\nExperience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally supported by a certification such as PSPO or CSPO.\nExperience working across multiple business functions, countries, or distributed teams.\nExperience with facilitation and discovery methods\nKnowledge of retail, healthcare, optometry, audiology, or other customer-focused environments.\n\nAs a person, we believe that you are:\nProactive and self-driven\nA strong communicator who builds trust and creates alignment across teams and stakeholders.\nCurious and eager to learn, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities for improvement.\nStructured and pragmatic in your approach and collaboration. \nInspirering through influence rather than authority.\n\nWhat awaits you upon joining Specsavers\nAt Specsavers, you'll get more than just a job.
