company flagship events including KubeCon, reInvent, large trade shows, and executive programs.\nTranslate the annual event strategy set by the Director into detailed activation plans, timelines, and checklists.\nTrack spend, manage vendor contracts, and reconcile actuals against budget.\nProfil recherché\n - The right person for this role is calm under pressure, exercises sound judgment when plans change, troubleshoots independently, and takes accountability for outcomes- You know when to escalate and when to make the call yourself\n- 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in tech, preferably at a SaaS startup or high growth infrastructure company\n- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo\n- Working experience in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)\n- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools\n- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills across multiple simultaneous events\n- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and take ownership of outcomes\n- Discretion and sound judgment when handling internal information, personnel matters, and pre announcement content\n- Willingness to travel 30 to 40%, domestically and internationally\n- Experience managing event budget execution with clear ROI reporting\n- Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast paced, high growth environment with shifting priorities\n- Composed and solutions focused under pressure, including during live event execution\n- Proven track record executing flagship events end to end\n- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence stakeholders across sales, product marketing, and executive teams\n- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or Wrike\n- Experience marketing to enterprise executives, platform engineering, DevOps, Kubernetes, or AI infrastructure audiences\n- Experience partnering with strategic technology partners (AMD, NVIDIA, AWS, or similar) on co marketing
