This individual leads the multi-project, multi-task team supporting SAF/AQ, serving as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and is designated Key Personnel under the contract.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing efforts in response to task requirements across all contract work areas.\nFormulate, communicate, and enforce quality work standards across the program.\nMonitor progress on all tasks and resolve issues affecting the successful delivery of capability.\nEnsure ongoing compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.\nServe as the single point of contact for the CO and COR, and remain reachable by phone and email during normal duty hours, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.\nOversee staffing stability, including monitoring vacancies, coordinating replacements, and managing surge requirements.\nPrepare and present Program Management Review (PMR) materials on a quarterly basis, including burn rate, staffing/vacancy status, and open contract issues.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum Experience: 5 years\nEducation: Master's degree in Business or Engineering\nCertifications / Expertise: PMP;
