The role requires a broad knowledge of information technology equipment and network theory spanning routers, switches, desktop environments, configuration, and storage. The Specialist will ensure the operational integrity of supported network architectures while delivering expert guidance to field units on testing, troubleshooting, and installation/maintenance procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\n Provide technical advice and guidance on testing, troubleshooting hardware/software malfunctions, and installation/maintenance procedures for IBDSS environments. \n Communicate with worldwide customers to facilitate repair, replacement, or reconfiguration of faulty equipment or networks. \n Research and resolve technical inquiries;
