operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage of goods.\n Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulations.\n Implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and inventory accuracy.\n Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.\n Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations and meet delivery schedules.\n Ensure safety protocols are adhered to, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions.\n Prepare reports on inventory, shipping, and operational activities to upper management.\n Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, shipments, and warehouse operations.\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\nRequired Experience:\nMore than 3 years of experience managing warehousing operations within the Department of War and preferably Department of the Navy.\nExperience with Department of the Navy systems and their associated warehousing needs, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.\nExperience communicating effectively with various stakeholders.\nExperience managing cost, schedule, and performance metrics to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet program objectives.\nManage and motivate warehouse teams, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to safety standards.\nKnowledgeable in risk management policies and assessment methodologies, identifying and mitigating potential risks to warehouse operations.\nCertifications\nForklift certification is preferred.\nPrior experience in government contracting or DoD
