Job Summary: The Electrical/Mechanical Designer is an experienced individual contributor responsible for creating, revising, and maintaining complex electrical and mechanical drawings, product layouts, bills of materials, manufacturing routers, and related technical documentation. Working with limited supervision, this position supports Engineering and Manufacturing throughout the product lifecycle by managing part-number assignments, processing engineering changes, resolving documentation discrepancies, and ensuring product records remain accurate and properly controlled. The Designer also provides technical guidance to less-experienced team members and supports continuous improvement of CAD and documentation processes. Essential Job Functions Independently create and revise complex electrical and mechanical product drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Cadence OrCAD, and other applicable design tools.
