Job Summary: The Quality Engineer plans, coordinates, and executes quality engineering activities that ensure products and manufacturing processes meet customer, regulatory, and Spectrum Control requirements. This role provides technical support across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, with emphasis on inspection methods, process controls, statistical analysis, auditing, corrective action, and continuous improvement. Working within a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment, the Quality Engineer analyzes performance trends, resolves product and process issues, supports supplier quality, and helps maintain the effectiveness of the site’s quality management system. Compensation Range: The expected compensation for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually.
