Spectrum.Life currently employs over 450 people.\nOur vision is to change and save as many lives as possible.\nRole Brief:\nWe're a whole-of-health digital partner that guides organisations and their people to thrive, delivering clinically backed digital health, mental health and wellbeing. Our content helps people feel informed, supported and able to take the next step in their care, so quality and consistency matter.\nOur content production team is looking for an experienced editor to keep studio output on track. You'll edit video recorded in our studio and support recording days, working closely with producers and presenters to deliver polished content to schedule.\nThis is a fixed-term role with a clear purpose: protect delivery, keep standards high and support a team that's stretched right now.\nResponsibilities:\nEdit studio-recorded video from rough cut to final delivery, including trimming, colour correction, sound mixing, captions and subtitles.\nCreate motion graphics and on-screen elements where needed, in line with brand guidelines.\nSet up and operate studio equipment, cameras, lighting and audio, for scheduled recording sessions.\nOrganise, label and back up footage, and keep project files and versions tidy.\nWork with producers and presenters to understand each brief, manage feedback rounds and hit turnaround deadlines.\nCheck every output for quality and brand consistency before it goes out.\nFlag technical or workflow issues early and suggest practical improvements.\nRequirements:\nAt least three years' professional video editing experience.\nStrong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro\nHands-on experience operating studio camera, audio and lighting set-ups.\nExcellent organisation and the ability to juggle several deadlines without losing quality.\nA collaborative, low-ego approach and clear communication.\nAvailability to start quickly and commit to the full six months.\nDesirable:\nMotion graphics or animation skills (for example After Effects).\nExperience in a corporate, healthcare or media content team.\nAwareness of accessibility standards for video, including captioning.\nWhat are the benefits of working at SPECTRUM.LIFE?\nContract: Fixed-term, six-month, full-time contract (with review at term end)Location: Manchester -
