If the chapters of your life story include caring for others and a dedicated work ethic, then we need you!\n Schedule: Part-Time\nIn this position, your main responsibilities will include:\nGreet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way\nAnswer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate\nRespond to resident and family member questions and concerns\nRespond to and appropriately handle emergency situations\nMonitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area\n To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent is required\nExperience in an office environment, answering phones, or customer service preferred\nTechnology skills are important\nMust be self-motivated, organized, and professional\nMust be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time\nStrong communication skills are critical.
