If the chapters of your life story include caring for others and a dedicated work ethic, then we need you!\n Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 annual\nWork under the direct supervision of the General Counsel, the paralegal will provide support with operational, compliance, transactional, and administrative matters.\nIn this position, your main responsibilities include:\nManage, organize, draft, and administer business contracts, and maintain Spectrum’s contract management system.\nCollect, organize, prepare, submit, and track government licensing applications, regulatory notices, filings, and other important communications/correspondence.\nPrepare, administer, and maintain corporate documents (e.g., registrations, resolutions, certificates).\nProvide transactional support for real estate and financing team.\nPrepare various business notices and letters.\nBuild collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.\nAnalyzes available data, trends, and feedback, and ensures compliance with expectations for optimal operation and goal achievement.\nActs as a subject matter expert and ensures compliance for applicable federal, state, and local law, as well as internal policies & procedures.\nTo be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences and skills:\nBachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Certificate Program in Paralegal Studies.\n5+ years of applicable work experience, preferably working within an in-house legal team for a business/company in a regulated industry.\nDetail-oriented with strong organization, analytical, and critical thinking skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.\nRelevant computer software knowledge and experience.
