The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests.\nDevelop schedules for the housekeeping team\nCommunicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members\nConduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community\nCoordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments\nTrain new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures\nResponsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team\n To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:\nA big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents\nMinimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent\n3 years of housekeeping experience required\n1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services\n If you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
