They work to maintain proper operations of the community in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.\nIn this position, your main responsibilities will include:\nRespond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.\nMust be capable of following direction to make electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs.\nWorking outside on exterior tasks including irrigation, tree and vegetation requirements, pool maintenance (if applicable), hardscape surfaces, and roofing.\n Educational Requirements:\nMinimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.\nOne year certificate from college or technical school; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nWork Experience:\nMust have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent time management and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively with different levels of technical or professional personnel from outside contractors.\nAbility to communicate with residents and their families.\nWorking knowledge of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.\nUse caution in performing duties and maintain safe working practices.\n If you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
