The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, eager to grow, and comfortable working in a structured, client-facing environment.\nJob ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Measurement & Optimization\n\nSupport the development and maintenance of measurement frameworks for paid media campaigns across channels (search, social, programmatic, display)\n\nHelp define and track KPIs aligned to campaign objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion)\n\nMonitor campaign performance and flag trends, anomalies, or optimization opportunities to senior team members\n\nContribute to cross-channel performance analysis and help prepare recommendations for internal and client review\n\nWebsite & Digital Analytics\n\nSupport website measurement through tagging, tracking, and data quality checks\n\nWork within analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (GTM, Tealium)\n\nAnalyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and content engagement to surface insights\n\nCollaborate with development and strategy teams to support proper tracking implementation\n\nData Integration & Reporting\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for internal teams and clients\n\nPull and synthesize data from multiple sources (media platforms, web analytics, third-party vendors)\n\nTranslate data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nSupport data quality checks and flag inconsistencies to ensure reporting accuracy\n\nStrategic Insights & Collaboration\n\nContribute data-driven input to campaign planning and test-and-learn initiatives (A/B testing, audience segmentation)\n\nStay current on industry trends, particularly in digital measurement and privacy-first analytics\n\nBuild relationships with media and account teams as a reliable, collaborative analytics partner\n\nDesired Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience .Degree in Marketing, Data Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematic, Data Science, or related major preferred\n\n2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, paid media measurement, or marketing analytics (agency experience a plus)\n\nFamiliarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics)\n\nExposure to media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn, etc.)\n\nWorking knowledge of tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium)\n\nProficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus\n\nBasic SQL or data manipulation experience a plus\n\nExperience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries a plus but not required\n\nThe anticipated salary range for this position will be $75,000-$95,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications.
