You’ll partner closely with Sales to guide customers through the entire technical journey, from discovery and solution design to proof-of-concept delivery and technical validation. \nThis is a hands-on role: you’ll build demos, write code, deploy environments, and solve real customer problems. \nYou’ll also take ownership of selected accounts, helping scale the team’s impact while gaining exposure to global customers across multiple industries. We’ll support you with structured onboarding and training so you can quickly become confident with our technology and customers. \nWhat You’ll Be Doing \nPartnering with Sales to lead the technical pre-sales process from discovery to close \nUnderstanding customer requirements (security, scale, integrations, accuracy, workflows) and designing practical solutions \nBuilding and delivering technical demos, prototypes, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) \nDeploying and configuring environments in cloud or on-prem setups for customer evaluations \nWriting scripts or lightweight integrations (Python or JavaScript) to support demos and customer testing \nTroubleshooting customer challenges and guiding them toward successful outcomes \nDelivering engaging technical presentations to customers, partners, and events \nSupporting conferences and showcases globally, including international travel, to deliver compelling technical demonstrations \nSharing knowledge internally and helping Sales stay up to date as our platform evolves \nWho We’re Looking For: \nPrevious experience working in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar) \n\nHands-on programming ability - ideally Python/JavaScript \nComfortable working with APIs (REST and WebSocket), integrations, and technical troubleshooting \nExperience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, containers, or networked environments \nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions \nConfident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers \nSelf-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies quickly \nCollaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously \nWe encourage you to apply even if you do not feel you match all of the requirements exactly.
