Мы запустили новый продукт - LLM-платформу для клиентов из госсектора и enterprise-сегмента и развиваем его.

Сейчас мы усиливаем команду и ищем Аналитика данных, который будет работать с данными заказчиков: извлекать и подготавливать их для работы на платформе, проверять качество, проводить анализ и готовить отчетность.

Это роль для аналитика, которому интересно самостоятельно разбираться в данных, понимать их структуру и качество, находить закономерности и аномалии, формировать выводы и представлять результаты команде.

КАКИЕ ЗАДАЧИ НЕОБХОДИМО РЕШАТЬ:

  • Уточнять задачи и определять, какие данные необходимы для их решения
  • Определять источники данных, необходимые показатели и правила их расчёта
  • Извлекать данные из баз, хранилищ, API, файлов и других источников
  • Очищать, нормализовать и подготавливать данные к дальнейшей работе
  • Проверять данные на полноту, корректность и непротиворечивость
  • Проводить исследовательский анализ данных
  • Выявлять закономерности, взаимосвязи, отклонения и аномалии
  • Формировать аналитические выводы на основе полученных данных
  • Готовить регулярные отчёты, аналитические материалы и визуализации
  • Взаимодействовать с командой проекта по вопросам данных и результатов анализа

НАШИ ОЖИДАНИЯ:

  • Опыт работы аналитиком данных от 3 лет
  • Уверенное владение SQL
  • Понимание реляционной модели данных и принципов работы СУБД
  • Опыт работы с большими объемами данных
  • Знание основ статистики и методов исследовательского анализа данных
  • Умение самостоятельно разобраться в структуре и качестве данных
  • Навык формулирования и проверки аналитических гипотез
  • Умение интерпретировать результаты анализа и формулировать выводы
  • Понимание принципов подготовки данных к анализу

БУДЕТ ПЛЮСОМ:

  • Python: pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn
  • Опыт работы с PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MS SQL Server, Oracle или аналогичными СУБД
  • Опыт работы с BI-инструментами: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, DataLens или аналогичными
  • Опыт работы с ETL/ELT-процессами и витринами данных
  • Знание Excel: сводные таблицы, формулы, Power Query, визуализация
  • Опыт работы с Git и Jupyter Notebook
