As an early team member, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing the architecture behind our innovative rebate management software.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for our rebate management platform and integration tools.\nBuild and optimize APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.\nWork with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL to create efficient, maintainable, and secure backend applications.\nEnsure system reliability, scalability, and performance, focusing on high-traffic systems.\nCollaborate with the product team to define, design, and implement backend features that meet business needs.\nIntegrate third-party services and ERP platforms into the backend infrastructure.\nImplement data storage solutions and optimize database queries for performance and efficiency.\nManage infrastructure and deployments on AWS, ensuring security, monitoring, and high availability.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and fix production issues and implement scalable solutions.\nTechnical Requirements\nStrong proficiency in Python and Django with proven experience in building scalable backend systems.\nExpertise in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data modeling.\nExperience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and GraphQL.\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies and services, especially AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).\nKnowledge of modern DevOps practices and containerization tools like Docker.\nExperience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems is a plus.\nStrong understanding of software development principles, including data structures, algorithms, and best practices for writing clean, maintainable code.\nFamiliarity with asynchronous
