products across different industries.\nShare and revise your designs based on internal feedback and feedback from our partners as well as UX research and best practices.\nBe involved in all aspects of product design, working closely with the team to execute the products efficiently.\nCreate high fidelity designs and prototypes for new projects.\nCreate a simple design system for new products.\nCreate logos and branding materials for our partners.\nOccasionally create graphics, illustrations and social media assets internally for Speer and for our partners.\nResearch and stay on with mobile and web design.\nBachelor’s degree in Design or similar program or UX/UI certificate course.\nExperience using website building platforms like: Wordpress, Squarespace, Framer etc.\nGive and receive constructive feedback on your team’s work.\nStrong understanding of creating components and building and maintaining design systems in Figma.\nStay organized and meet deadlines.\nAble to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.\nYou have experience working with agile design processes, iterative prototyping.\nComfortable using tools like Adobe XD, Ai, photoshop, sketch, invision etc.\nStrong wiliness to learn, ask questions, seek guidance from your peers and improve your skills.\nStrong understanding and execution of basic design principles.\nPreferred Skills\nEnthused to work in an agile / high-paced environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nSelf-starter with initiative.\nKeep your skills up-to-date and make recommendations on best practices for user experience, accessibility and more.\nEffectively contribute suggestions and new ideas to improve the product’s design and usability.\nAn Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment.\nA spirit of collaboration and transparent communication.\nA natural curiosity for new design trends, best practices and innovation.\nTeam spirit and a sense of humour is always great.\nExperience or willingness to learn new skills like illustration, motion design, animation.\nDesire to think outside the box and push your design skills to the next level.\nFluency in
