However, we are also open to candidates located elsewhere in Germany, Spain, France, or Italy.\nYour Impact\nAs our HR Generalist for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience from the very first interaction through every milestone of the employee lifecycle.\nYou won't simply manage HR processes. You'll help create an environment where employees feel supported, empowered, informed, and connected throughout their journey at Speexx.\nWorking closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and colleagues across our international People & Culture team, you'll bring operational excellence, empathy, and innovation to everything you do. Your work will directly influence how employees experience onboarding, growth, development, workplace culture, and offboarding.\nYou'll be trusted to improve processes, introduce smarter ways of working, leverage technology and AI, and continuously enhance the moments that matter most to our people.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage and coordinate core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.\nSupport employees and managers on HR policies, payroll, benefits, contracts, and people-related topics.\nEnsure compliance with German employment regulations and internal policies.\nCoordinate payroll preparation and maintain accurate employee data.\nSupport employee experience, workplace culture, and engagement initiatives, including onboarding activities, internal events, office-related projects, and programs that foster connection, wellbeing, and a positive employee experience.\nManage benefits and collaborate with external providers and stakeholders.\nDrive process improvements through automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions.\nSupport HR reporting, documentation, and data-driven decision-making.\nContribute to regional and global People & Culture projects.\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience in HR Generalist, People Operations, HR Advisory, or similar HR roles.\nKnowledge of German employment law and payroll processes.\nExperience working with HR systems, ideally Personio.\nConfidence using Microsoft 365, HR technology, and AI-powered tools.\nFluency in German and English.\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nA proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.\nPassion for creating outstanding employee experiences.\nWhat We Offer\nInternational and collaborative environment with colleagues across Europe and Asia\nContinuous learning through Speexx Academy, mentoring programs, workshops, and external training\nFree access to world-class language training plus discounts for friends and family\nAnd because we operate across multiple countries, additional local benefits, including health & wellbeing support, mobility programs, and other country-specific perks, may apply depending on your location\nDon't meet every requirement?
