These are large accounts with complex problems, ambitious teams and plenty of room for us to make a difference.\nThree offices: Copenhagen, London and Iași, with customers across more than 15 countries.\n\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nJoin spektr’s client-facing team - the people responsible for turning a signed contract into a client who can’t imagine working without us.\nAs our Implementation Specialist, you will know the spektr platform better than anyone, and you will know your clients’ problems better than anyone else in the company. Nobody sits closer to both.\nYou own the client roadmap end to end: scoping, build, go-live, and what comes next. This is complex project management with real stakes - multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, hard deadlines, and a regulated client on the other side of the table.\nYou will be our person in the room: leading on-site sessions with clients’ compliance and operations teams, and solving problems next to the people who have them.\nYou will work directly with the expansion & implementation lead and have a direct line to our founding team.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\nOwn the client roadmap from contract signature through go-live and beyond - you are accountable for whether it lands, not for whether you did your part\nDrive on-site implementation sessions and workstreams, configuring workflows and integrations to fit each client’s exact needs\nTranslate client policies and regulatory requirements into automated workflows on the spektr platform, finding the process improvements the client hasn’t spotted yet\nResolve configuration issues independently before escalating to engineering\nRun the hardest enterprise accounts in the company and act as the internal voice of the client into product - what you learn on site is the clearest signal we have about what to build next\nBuild reusable implementation playbooks so every client gets a consistent experience and the same question is never answered twice\nFlag client health signals early - you notice when something is off before it becomes an escalation\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n2-4 years in implementation, solutions consulting, or customer success at a B2B SaaS company - we care more about how you think than how long you’ve been doing it\nA structured problem-solver: when something doesn’t work, you go step by step rather than guessing\nStrong communicator - you can explain a technical concept clearly to a non-technical client and are excellent at handling senior stakeholders\nComfortable with technical & legal documentation, data flows, and integrations - you don’t need to be a developer or lawyer, but you can’t be afraid of infrastructure and regulations\nWilling and excited to travel to client sites - you do your best work in the room, not on a call\nHighly organised: you manage multiple clients at different stages and nothing slips\nNICE TO HAVE\nGerman or French language skills, at a level where you could run client sessions and written follow-ups in that language\nExposure to KYC/AML, onboarding or financial crime workflows in a regulated financial institution\nOUR PROCESS\nIntro call with our Talent team (30 minutes)\nInterview with our Chief of Staff (30 minutes)\nInterview with our Head of Implementation (45 minutes)\nspektr is an equal opportunity employer.
