These are large accounts with complex problems, ambitious teams and plenty of room for us to make a difference.\nThree offices: Copenhagen, London and Iași, with customers across more than 15 countries.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nWe’re hiring a Product Owner to build products that compliance teams at banks and payment companies rely on every day, in more than 15 countries. You’ll work across the core of the spektr platform, from onboarding and monitoring to investigations, where our AI agents are taking on work that used to take analysts hours.\nYou will shape what compliance looks like when AI agents do most of the work. You’ll prototype, put ideas in front of compliance teams early, and work with engineering and design to ship what holds up in a regulated environment. You’ll do it at a Series A startup that moves fast, with the autonomy to take an idea from a blank page to a product running at banks and payment companies.\nThis is a chance to help define how compliance gets done, not to digitise the way it’s always been done.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\nPrototype fast and test with real users. Build working prototypes, often with AI tools, and put them in front of compliance and operations teams at banks and payment companies in days rather than months. Keep what works and drop what doesn’t.\nExplore several ways to solve a problem before committing to one, and come back with a clear view on which gives users the best experience, and why.\nShape the product experience with our designers. Make complex compliance workflows simple to use, so analysts spend their time on decisions, not on the tool.\nPush how far AI can go in compliance. Our customers are regulated institutions, so every automated decision has to be explainable and defensible. You’ll work out what our AI agents can take on, what a human still needs to review, and what it takes for a compliance team to trust the result, then move that line further with each release.\nTurn customer requests into platform capabilities. When a customer asks for something specific, find the version that solves their problem and fits into the existing platform, so it stays configurable and works for the next customer too.\nWork hand in hand with engineering in Copenhagen and Iași. Align on what we’re building and why, agree how it fits the platform’s direction, and make the calls that keep work moving.\nLearn from the field. Work with our implementation team, who sit on site with customers and see every rough edge first, and use what they and our production data show you to decide what to improve.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nYou’ve owned product on a B2B platform and can show us what you built, how you tested it with users and what changed as a result. Experience in financial services, fintech or another regulated industry is a plus.\nYou build with AI. AI tools are part of how you prototype, research and explore ideas every day, and you have a view on how AI is changing the way products get made.\nHands-on and fast. You’d rather show a working prototype than describe one, and you’re comfortable putting early work in front of users to learn quickly.\nStrong product and UX instincts. You can take a complex workflow and make it feel simple, and explain why one design works better than another.\nA platform thinker. When a customer asks for something, you look for the solution that fits the existing platform and scales beyond that one customer.\nTechnical enough to go deep with engineers. You understand how systems, data and APIs fit together, and engineers want you in the room when decisions get made.\nOpinionated and open. You have a clear view on how things should work, argue for it, and change your mind when users or evidence show you otherwise.\nClose to customers by instinct. You’d rather sit in on a call with a bank’s onboarding team than read a summary of it.\nYour route into product might have been through engineering, design, data, solutions architecture or operations. We’re interested in what you’ve built, how you think, and how quickly you learn.
