These are large accounts with complex problems, ambitious teams and plenty of room for us to make a difference.\nThree offices: Copenhagen, London and Iași, with customers across more than 15 countries.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nWe’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help us build and scale high-quality, reliable products as we grow.\nYou’ll work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to build and maintain the automated testing that keeps our platform behaving exactly as intended, especially across complex, AI-driven, API-first systems. If you enjoy writing solid test code, finding the edge cases others miss, and helping teams ship with confidence, you’ll feel at home here.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\nTest Automation: Design, build and maintain scalable automated E2E test suites using Playwright, using LLMs to speed up test generation and maintenance.\nAgent Validation: Build and run test cases and evals that validate AI agent behaviour, so our autonomous compliance workflows are accurate, explainable and hallucination-free.\nAPI & Data Validation: Test RESTful APIs and validate complex data flows, checking data directly in the database so frontend, backend and AI systems stay fully aligned.\nCI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines so AI model updates and deployments don’t break existing logic.\nProduction Issues: Investigate production issues, reproduce failures and turn them into automated regression tests.\nQuality Practices: Work with engineers and PMs early in development on testability and acceptance criteria, and contribute to our QA processes and standards.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nThe Scale-up Mindset: You thrive in fast-moving environments and prefer building systems over following manuals.\nAutomation Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like Playwright.\nAPI & Database Skills: You’re comfortable navigating backend services, testing RESTful APIs and verifying data integrity with SQL.\nMaintainable Test Code: You don’t just write scripts.
