This is a generalist role, ideal for a marketing professional who wants broad, hands-on ownership of how a modern marketing engine runs - from campaign operations, paid and email campaign execution, and CRM hygiene to writing content and converting webinar leads through structured outbound follow-up.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nMarketing Operations\n\nMaintain and update lead data in the CRM; ensure lists are clean, segmented, andcampaign-ready.\nPlan, execute, andoptimizeperformance marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, LinkedIn Ads) in coordination with the marketing team.\nSet up, schedule, and QA email marketing campaigns, landing pages, andwebinarworkflows in marketing automation tools;monitoropen rate, CTR, and deliverability.\nTrack campaign performance across paid and email channels; prepare weekly reports and dashboards for the marketing team.\nCoordinatelogisticsfor webinars and events: registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups\nContent Writing\nWrite and edit marketing content: emails, blog posts, social media posts,webinarpromotions, and one-pagers.\nRepurposewebinarrecordings and other long-form assets into short-form content (summaries, snippets, posts).\nEnsure all content follows brand tone, is grammatically clean, and isoptimizedfor the intended channel.\nSDR / Outbound (Webinar Leads)\nFollow up withwebinarregistrants and attendees via email, LinkedIn, and phone to qualify interest.\nRun structured outbound cadences on marketing-generated leads and log all activity in the CRM.\nShare lead feedback with marketing to improve targeting, messaging, andwebinartopics.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).\n2-3 years of relevant experiencein marketing operations, performance marketing, email marketing, content, or sales development.\n\nHands-on experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid channels) and/or email marketing (campaign creation, automation, segmentation, deliverability) -candidates with experience in both are a strong plus.\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail;
