This is not a hands-on developer role, but it demands a solid technical background - enough to direct an engineering team, understand the product deeply, and earn the team's confidence. You'll be the bridge between engineering, services, customers, and leadership, enabling our engineering team to stay focused on building.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Rollout & Migration\nOwn end-to-end planning and delivery of various initiatives such as new experience rollout, migrations etc, for internal and external customers against defined timelines.\nCoordinate closely with customer success teams and directly with customers to schedule, sequence, and unblock deployments.\nAbsorb the coordination overhead so engineering can focus on delivery.\nProduct Roadmap: Requirements, Prep & Approvals\nBuild and maintain a clear product roadmap.\nGather and consolidate product requirements from services teams and customers.\nKeep customer context, use cases, and specifications prepared in advance of each engineering cycle.\nSecure leadership sign-off ahead of time so engineering is never blocked waiting on approvals.\nProduct Documentation & Release Notes\nOwn and maintain release notes and product documentation for every feature shipped.\nCapture the caveats for each release -
