It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V.\nTo provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.\nRole ID - C005506 \nRole Duties and Responsibilities \nAdminister, enterprise-wide cloud environments (MS Azure,vAWS) \nProvide Level 2/3 support for IdAM and/or cloud related issues,vinvestigating and resolving operational problems in a timelyvmanner. \nMaintain Active Directory, and provision Web Federation on premisses, ensuring high availability and performance. \nManage and optimize cloud components \nAutomate the deployment and management of AWS or Azure resources using Terraform, or similar tools. \nDevelop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, such as instance management, backups, and scaling. \nPerform other duties, as may be required. \nEssential Skills, Experience and Certifications \nExperience with operating enterprise Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS services). \nExperience with Azure VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks, Load Balancers and Azure monitor \nStrong and hands-on experience with Identity Access management (like EntraID on Cloud and Active Directory on premisses) \nKnowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus). \nKnowledge of enterprise Directory solutions (like DirX). \nMust have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years); \nExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, team members and stakeholders \nMust demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team;
