The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.\nRole ID - C005390 \nRole Duties and Responsibilities \nProvide project management oversight for multiple Intelligence Capabilities projects: \nLead planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Prepare governance documentation and reporting for CPP and NSIP.\nCoordinate delivery activities with ACO, SHAPE, NHQ, and other NATO bodies.\nEnsure alignment with outcome-based acquisition and support IFB development. \nEssential Skills, Experience and Certifications \nDemonstrated project management experience in defence, intelligence, or multinational environments. \nStrong understanding of Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance fundamentals including biometrics, identity intelligence, process exploitation dissemination (PED), collection management, enterprise intelligence services, and data-centric security.
