The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.\nOracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant\nRole ID - C005484\nRole Background\nNCIA requires an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to support the FinS Application Service in Braine-l'Alleud.\nThe FinS service supports Oracle E-Business Suite applications used across NATO for business processes including finance, acquisition and travel. The contractor will work as a Level 3 Support Engineer, providing functional support and continuous improvement for these applications.\nRole Duties and Responsibilities\nProvide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related applications such as GL Wands and Apro.\nProvide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support.\nInvestigate and resolve incidents, problems and service requests.\nLog, track and maintain support tickets within agreed service levels.\nGather and analyse new business requirements and change requests.\nSupport application configuration, setup and
