By delivering technologically integrated, multi-domain exercises and maintaining joint doctrine and standards, the JWC enhances NATO's decision-making capabilities, interoperability, and warfighting readiness, ensuring the Alliance remains prepared to respond effectively across the full spectrum of military operations. \nRole ID -JWC-26-R-0007 \nRole Duties and Responsibilities \nSpecific tasks include at least the following: \nCoordinate, synchronize and plan project deliverables related to the JWC 360 Setting, Scenario and OPFOR Programme based on exercise POW. \nCoordinate contracted resource sharing across the three divisions involved: Enablement (Setting), Requirement (Scenario) and Rival (OPFOR) \nExecute risk management throughout the JWC 360 Programme \nIdentify cost saving approaches within the Programme \nSupport strategic planning for JWC exercises \nCoordinate cross function civilian/military teams \nSupport JWC to verify and validate project deliverables \nEstablish operational standards for processes and procedures \nImplement reporting structures \nProvide periodic progress reports \nAssist with in processing and practical requirements of the 360 contractors. \nMaintain quality assurance and compliance \nSupport Resource Manager with any additional service programmes \nEssential Skills, Experience and Certifications \nUniversity degree (e.g. Bachelors) in a relevant subject or ten years of experience as a Programme Manager. \nTwo years of working experience within the last five years in NATO, national equivalent or similar international entity. \nKnowledge and understanding of NATO training & exercise doctrine, planning, and execution. \nThree years of experience in the last seven years in a service contracts programme manager role. \nProgramme management qualifications e.g. PFQ, PMQ, PRINCE2, PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP (For reference only non-disqualifying). This requirement is desirable, but not a reason for rejection. \nKnowledge of AI system and its capabilities and application. (For reference only non-disqualifying). This requirement is desirable, but not a reason for rejection. \nProficiency in the use of MS Office and MS Teams Software. Experience using programme management tools (eg.
