As part of its Business Services Transformation programme, CDT has identified Procurement as a key transformation stream and is seeking an experienced consultant to lead and coordinate it. You will lead an Enterprise Procurement Process Harmonisation exercise, coordinate Procurement-related business transformation activities, and provide oversight and coherence across enterprise-wide Procurement cloud and ERP initiatives, supporting NATO’s digital transformation and the 2030 NATO Cloud Vision.\nRole Duties and Responsibilities\nProject, Stakeholder and Communication Management\nManage projects and initiatives within the Business Services Transformation programme, delivering scope within time and budget\nEngage regularly with stakeholders across NATO entities, including Procurement, Legal, Finance and HR, to drive harmonisation of enterprise business services\nDevelop and maintain the documentation required for all tasks\nMaintain risk and issue registers, propose mitigation measures and resolve delivery challenges\nLeading the Procurement Transformation Track\nAct as the main lead and coordination point for Procurement-related enterprise initiatives delivery artefacts, recommending improvements to quality, coherence and delivery confidence\nSupport engagement with Procurement stakeholders across NATO entities\nEssential Skills, Experience and Certifications\nMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, specifically in Business Services, with significant experience in the Procurement domain\nProven experience leading Procurement transformation, ERP implementation and business services projects in large international organisations, including cloud-enabled solutions, data platforms and enterprise-wide process harmonisation\nDemonstrated experience in Procurement process design, process harmonisation and business transformation\nProven programme and project management experience, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments\nStrong ability to interact with, manage and influence senior executive stakeholders\nStrong English communication skills, including producing written materials and presenting complex concepts clearly and succinctly\nDesirable\nExperience working in NATO and understanding of relevant NATO policy\nExperience with market solutions in Procurement, ERP and enterprise business services\nExperience with commercial cloud provider platforms and/or on-premise cloud platforms\nProject or programme management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)\nProven ability to
