You will play a key role in our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. You will be responsible for owning transactional accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial data, and assisting in AP/AR processes and payroll processes.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn day-to-day transactional accounting tasks, including general bookkeeping and accurate posting of journal entries in QuickBooks.\n\nAssist with the accounts payable process, including routing invoices for internal approval and ensuring timely payments.\n\nSupport the accounts receivable function by responding to client requests, assisting with vendor setups, and performing AR follow-ups.\n\nSupport the payroll process, including preparing and reviewing payroll inputs, ensuring accurate and timely processing, posting payroll journal entries, and reconciling payroll accounts.
